Refund and Returns Policy

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.

If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within 10-14 days. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.


If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact our customer support team.

In most cases, we will replace defective items or wrong items sent simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem with the product without having to return the product back to us.

Please make sure that:

+ The delivery date is in the last 30 days

+ The product is unwashed, unworn and unused. The product must be in original condition.

+ The product itself or the printing is defective OR the final product is different than the one you ordered.

Original condition is consider as any merchandise that is unworn, not-used, and has not been washed and/or put in a dryer for any reason. The item(s) must also not in smell strongly of smoke and/or body odors of any type, are not covered in pet and/or human hair, and are not stained or damaged in any other way. All original sewn in or hang tags must still be intact.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

* IMPORTANT NOTE:

Kindly keep in mind that we produce on demand and your order is custom printed just for you. Once an item is being printed, unfortunately it can not be used for any purpose. Thus, we aren’t able to accept returns or refunds request due to the following reasons:

You want a refund/return because you “changed your mind” or you no longer need the item
You select a wrong size, style, color. Please review your order carefully before checking out
For all return reasons that are not out fault, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $87, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.



REFUNDS (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your bank or credit card company.

* LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@jistee.com

ORDER MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATION:

After your order has been placed, you have 12 hours to contact our customer service and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 12 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.

DAMAGED / INCORRECT ITEMS SENT:

At Mewiw, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product. Thankfully it is rather unusual! But, if it is the case:

All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. Please contact us by email at orders@jistee.com and one of our helpful support staff will organize a replacement or a refund for you!

ORDER NOT RECEIVED:

If your item has not arrived within 45 days after placing your order, please contact our customer support through our contact us page for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.)

EXCHANGES (if applicable):

Because our products are custom printed and unique to each product. We only printed product when customer placed the order. We don’t accept exchange an items if customers have chosen a wrong size, wrong color or wrong style.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, poor-quality printing or incorrect product. Any question email at orders@jistee.com

Return Policy

We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.

We do not accept returns for perishable items, intimate items, gift cards, downloadable products, and beauty items.

If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within < 28 days > of the date you received your item.

Return Shipping

After you’ve submitted a return request to orders@jistee.com, we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix to to your package.

You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
